Rose Marie is the president & founding partner of Fabrizio & Brook. Her practice has focused on creditors rights and litigation related to consumer lending for over twenty years. She has managed the law firm on a full time basis since the early 90s and continues to expand the practice and manage the firm’s continued growth today.

Rose Marie is an advocate for continued education to the public and to those within the industry of the on-going changes in the law within her specialized areas of practice. She has appeared on Detroit’s PBS network television as an expert on consumer bankruptcy law and has chaired bankruptcy seminars in both the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan for the National Business Institute (NBI). She has presented at conferences throughout the county on regulatory and compliance issues facing mortgage lenders as well as presenting educational seminars to clients at industry conferences. She is an active participant in the associations and industries served by the firm, contributing through sponsorships as well as a contributing author to national publications.

Rose Marie earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree from Alma College, which included studies at the University of Wollongong just outside of Sydney Australia. She obtained her Juris Doctorate from the University of Detroit-Mercy School of Law, which included classes at John Marshall Law School in Chicago Illinois which she completed with academic honors.
